Job Purpose The Head of Technology & Digital will be responsible for defining and executing Harris Group’s enterprise-wide technology and digital strategy, ensuring that IT, data and digital capabilities actively support business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and customer experience. The Head of Technology & Digital will play a critical leadership role in modernising core systems, strengthening cybersecurity and data governance, and enabling scalable, resilient platforms across retail, distribution, parts, assembly, dealer networks and aftersales operations.
