About this role
The Attorney Development Specialist is an exempt position responsible for managing certain specialized aspects of firm-wide attorney training, including but not limited to: managing milestone development programs, section-specific and firmwide training initiatives and managing the non-partner lawyer biannual evaluation process. This position reports to the Director of Attorney Development and works closely with other members of the Attorney Development team, attorneys engaged in training efforts, section/department leadership and other administrative departments.…
