About this role

Key Information HIKMICRO is now looking for a Return Merchandise Authorization Administration Intern for the Technical Support Team. In this role, you will work closely with technical support specialists, after-sales service team and warehouse team . You will play a key part in managing the RMA process, supporting smooth and timely handling of product returns, repairs, and inventory movement. This is a hands-on role that combines administrative duties with some physical tasks . You will gain valuable experience in after-sales support operations and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic international environment.
