About this role

Job Overview: 110 Metalworks is seeking a hands-on individual with a strong CNC machining background to provide technical leadership and manufacturing support across CNC machining, sheet metal, welding, and assembly operations. This role works closely with production department leaders and their teammates to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production challenges, provide input on manufacturability reviews, and drive continual improvement initiatives. Working across the organization, this role also partners with estimators, programmers, and engineering teams to provide manufacturing input and support problem-solving efforts.
