Safety Partner

Job Summary As a member of the People Are Why team, the Safety Partner will play a key role in supporting the organization’s health, safety, and regulatory compliance efforts. In this role, the Safety Partner supports the organization’s safety programs that align with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, evaluates workplace conditions, conducts inspections, and maintains accurate safety tracking metrics. Primary Responsibilities Maintain accurate and compliant OSHA recordkeeping, including OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 logs; ensure timely posting, retention, and submission of required documents.
