Job Description: The Manager of Change Management is responsible for leading, coordinating, and sustaining effective change management processes across Intermountain Flight and Ambulance Services. This role ensures that organizational, operational, and clinical changes are implemented smoothly, with minimal disruption; maximum engagement of staff and stakeholders; sustained outcomes; and in accordance with 14 CFR Part 5.55 and Intermountain Change Management best practices.
