Job Description: The Health and Human Performance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining programs that optimize human performance, reduce error, and enhance safety across all aspects of Intermountain Flight and Ambulance Services. This role ensures that staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to manage fatigue, stress, workload, and other human factors that impact safety and operational excellence.
