Job Description: The IEP Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the Internal Evaluation Program at Intermountain Flight & Ambulance Services in accordance with FAA AC 120-59B, CAMTS, and other industry standards. This position reports to the Sr. Manager - Aviation Safety Programs and allows the organization to proactively identify and correct safety, operational, and regulatory weaknesses. Essential Functions Develops and implements an Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) that adheres to the guidelines in FAA AC 120-59B. Develops and implements an IEP Manual, risk-based audit/evaluation schedule, and applicable checklists. Utilize external and internal sources to develop internal evaluations.…
