About this role

Impact Life is seeking a Director of Rural Health Services to provide leadership and oversight for our growing rural health work across Delaware. This is a new leadership position created as Impact Life continues to expand its integrated healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder, recovery, and community-based services, including our Dover Rural Health Hub and the new Rural Recovery Ecosystem Initiative (RREI) in Sussex County. The Director will help ensure that these services work together as a connected system, strengthen partnerships across communities, support program leaders and staff, and help guide the continued growth and sustainability of Impact Life’s rural health services.…
