About this role

Impact Life is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the clinical and care coordination components of our growing rural health services in Sussex County. Working closely with the Nurse Practitioner and other members of the multidisciplinary team, the LPN will support participant health needs, health education, medication support, clinical follow-up, and coordination between healthcare, behavioral health, substance use treatment, recovery support, and community services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide nursing services within the LPN scope of practice and under appropriate clinical supervision.
