Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Full-Time | Sussex County, Delaware Position Overview Impact Life is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing rural health team in Sussex County. Candidates who are dual-certified/licensed as both a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) are strongly preferred. The FNP will provide integrated medical services as part of Impact Life’s Rural Recovery Ecosystem Initiative, including primary and preventive care, substance use disorder treatment, medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), medication management, and care coordination.…
