The IOP Counselor provides comprehensive behavioral health treatment services to individuals participating in our Intensive Outpatient Program, with a focus on substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This position provides evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling and is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention, care coordination, clinical documentation, and supporting clients throughout their recovery.
