About this role

Your new role As a process expert within the KYC department, you play a key role in translating regulatory, business, and operational requirements into clear solutions. You act as a bridge between KYC tribe, operations, and IT, ensuring the KYC processes, systems and data flows effectively support regulatory compliance and ING’s risk appetite. Key responsibilities Analyze and document KYC processes, requirements, and regulatory changes within the CDD tribe. Translate business and compliance needs into functional requirements, user stories and process flows for IT and delivery teams. Act as a liaison between KYC stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.…
