About this role

We are looking for an experienced Data Products Practice Lead to join the Business Design Unit within the Wholesale Banking Chief Data Office (WB CDO). As Data Products Practice Lead, you shape how Wholesale Banking defines, scales, and embeds data products as a core capability. You will build the common product discipline that enables data to be delivered consistently, reused effectively, and adopted with clear business value. By connecting product thinking, data management, architecture, and governance, you will help strengthen the maturity and impact of WB’s data product agenda across the organization.
