About this role

Role Purpose: Improve the company’s performance, processes, and organizational capabilities by leading development and transformation initiatives in coordination with department managers. Key Responsibilities: Translate the CEO’s strategic direction into practical development plans and measurable initiatives. Assess existing processes, structures, and systems, and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead approved initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, costs, and coordination between departments. Develop performance indicators and dashboards, monitor progress, and follow up on corrective actions.
