Medicare Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary: Data enter the prescription drug information from applications submitted by agents for Medicare Supplement Insurance. Identify any problems with the prescription drug information section of the application and make outbound phone calls to obtain needed information required for processing. Primary Responsibilities other duties may be assigned as necessary:  Using a web-based program, data enter the prescription drug information into the database, ensuring that prescription drug name, date originally prescribed, dos age and frequency are captured correctly.  Recognize misspelled prescription drug names, recognize accurate dosages, and should have a use of general knowledge of what a prescription medication can be commonly used to treat.…
