Job Summary: The Rep Relationship Manager will manage the relationship of new financial representatives to Integrity Alliance and Integrity Advisor Solutions from the beginning of the recruiting process through the transition on-boarding process. S/he will help determine suitability of the representative’s current business and cultural alignment with Integrity Wealth, goals and compliance procedures.
