About this role
Our client, an international iGaming group, is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel with 2–5 years’ experience to join its in-house legal team on a 12-month maternity cover contract . The role will focus primarily on intra-group legal matters, including procurement, licensing and commercial agreements between group entities. You will work alongside a team of nine lawyers based across Malta, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man and South Africa, supporting business teams internationally. Key Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate intra-group and third-party commercial agreements, including software licences, gaming licence agreements, service agreements and NDAs.
