Reports To: President About This Role: Reporting to the President of ITF Therapeutics US, the Chief of Staff will operate at the center of ITF Therapeutics, serving as a strategic thought partner to the President and an integrator across the leadership team. The Chief of Staff will help shape enterprise priorities, improve the quality and speed of decision-making, translate strategy into coordinated execution, and continuously evolve the operating model as ITF scales into a rare disease portfolio company that make a positive contribution to a range of patient communities.
