About this role

Ekte Nordic Kitchen is a restaurant situated in the Bloomberg arcade in the middle of the city. We serve classic nordic dishes using seasonal British produce. All our food is prepared daily on the premises. We are currently looking for a Head chef / Kitchen manager to join our busy team for the re-opening of our large terrace and eventually inside. The successful applicant will be open-minded, ambitious ,energetic and ready to Learn. You will have to be very organised and calm under pressure Previous experience in high volume is a requirement and experience in catering and production is an advantage. The role is to support and work with the GM and Executive Head in the day to day running of the kitchen, including food production, stock , GP and staff management.…
