Overview The Area Executive is responsible for driving the financial performance, growth, and profitability of the Bank’s Community West Region, encompassing markets in Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota. This leader provides strategic direction and sales leadership for branch banking teams, while fostering strong partnerships across the organization. The Area Executive develops and executes regional business and sales strategies to achieve the Bank’s growth, revenue, client acquisition, and profitability objectives.
