About this role

Overview This is a hybrid role to be based in Raleigh, NC with the expectation that work time will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. First Citizens invests in community development initiatives that expand/preserve affordable housing, support small businesses, and strengthen underserved communities. This role supports the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of investments that advance both community impact and the bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) commitments. Investment Consultants work across a variety of community development products, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funds, Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs), workforce housing, affordable housing preservation, and other community development investments.…
