Overview The SailPoint operations engineer is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and operational stability of the IGA platform. This role will monitor and troubleshoot SailPoint operations, support identity lifecycle and access governance processes, and partner with engineering, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and maintain platform performance. Remote eligible in NC, TX, FL. Responsibilities & Qualifications Duties & Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 operational support for SailPoint, including incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Monitor provisioning, deprovisioning, account aggregation, identity refresh, certifications, and scheduled jobs.…
