About this role
The TFO MEP/QCx Manager serves as the Owner’s Representative responsible for overseeing field quality execution across tenant fit-out phases of hyperscale data center construction projects. This role is heavily field-focused and centered on ensuring mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and related MEP systems are installed, inspected, documented, and turned over in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and commissioning milestones. The TFO MEP/QCx Manager works closely with the General Contractor, trade partners, commissioning teams, vendors, and owner stakeholders to validate QA/QC execution, drive issue resolution, support L2/L3 readiness, and maintain alignment between field progress, documentation, and turnover requirements.…
