About this role

The Opportunity Lansweeper's enterprise customer base is the backbone of our recurring revenue. As a Digital Revenue Manager - Enterprise, you'll manage the revenue equal to about 10M in ARR with one clear mission: protect and maximize the value of every single customer relationship - at scale. This is not a traditional high-touch AM role , nor is it a pure retention & expansion play - as a separate team handles deeper product adoption and upsell. Your focus is revenue excellence: ensuring an optimal Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and, through organic growth & price growth, driving a healthy Net Revenue Retention (NRR) to keep our existing customer business growing.…
