About this role

역할 소개 (About the Role) Laplacian Robotics의 자본 조달과 투자자 관계를 처음부터 끝까지 책임질 IR·투자 담당을 찾습니다. 지금 단계의 라운드를 준비·실행하는 실무자이자, Pre-Series A부터 IPO까지 이어지는 전체 여정을 이해하고 회사가 성장함에 따라 필요해질 재무보고 체계와 투자자 커뮤니케이션의 리듬을 미리 설계할 수 있는 사람입니다. 창업자·CEO 곁에서 equity story를 함께 다듬고, Cap table과 데이터룸을 직접 관리하며, 다음 라운드의 잠재 투자자를 발굴해 클로징까지 이끄는 역할입니다. 주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities) Cap table과 데이터룸을 구축·관리하고, 파이낸셜 모델을 업데이트하며 투자제안서(deck)를 작성합니다 투자자 관계(IR)를 책임집니다. 투자자 업데이트, 이사회 자료, KPI 리포팅, 그리고 기존·잠재 투자자와의 지속적 커뮤니케이션 등을 통해 실제 운영 디테일을 챙깁니다. 국내외 잠재 투자자를 발굴하고, 신규 라운드의 리드/참여 투자자 소싱부터 텀시트·클로징까지 이끕니다. 기존 투자자 대상 정기 업데이트 레터와 이사회(board) 자료 작성, 커뮤니케이션합니다. 물리 AI 스택, 로보틱스 시스템, 배포 현실을 엔지니어링팀의 진짜 파트너가 될 만큼 깊이 익혀 회사의 사업·기술·시장에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 기술 / 사업 / 재무 / 법무 와 협업하여 전사 관점의 equity story를 개발합니다.…
