About the role We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Platform Engineer with hands-on cloud experience to build, operate, and continuously improve our ITOM capabilities in ServiceNow. This role is responsible for Discovery, CMDB data quality, and Service Mapping across hybrid on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). What you'll do Design, implement, and operate ServiceNow IT operations management capabilities with a focus on discovery, configuration data quality, and service mapping across on‑premises and cloud environments.
