Why we need you The HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting our managers with practical, timely people advice, ensuring teams are well supported and set up to perform. This role owns the people agenda for the teams it supports, works closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, L&D and Finance, and contributes to improvements in performance management, employee relations and people analytics. Success in this role requires sound judgement, a proactive approach to delivering milestones and consistent delivery aligned with company standards.
