About this role
We are seeking a Diversification Manufacturing Process Engineer to define and validate manufacturing concepts for new products and growth opportunities beyond Metalsa’s established production processes. This role translates customer and product requirements into feasible joining, forming, and assembly processes, including equipment, tooling, material flow, cycle time, and capacity assumptions. Working across a multi-customer, multi-product diversification portfolio, the position provides the technical foundation for quotations and business cases and transfers validated process concepts to prototype and industrialization teams.
