About this role
We are seeking a Diversification Prototype, Simulation & Industrialization Engineer to transform new manufacturing process concepts into validated, production-ready systems for Metalsa’s Growth and Diversification opportunities across multiple products and customers. This role leads prototype builds, manufacturing simulation, equipment and tooling definition, commissioning, and ramp-up readiness, working across technical and operational teams to enable reliable transitions from prototype to scalable production.
