About this role
At Metalsa, we are looking for a Surface / Finishing Engineer who will play a key role in determining how new products and business opportunities can be industrialized from a surface treatment, coating and corrosion-protection perspective. This is a technical and strategic engineering role. You will evaluate customer requirements, assess our existing finishing capabilities, identify technical gaps, and define the best path to industrialize new opportunities — whether through internal capabilities, new investments, process modifications or qualified external suppliers.
