Job Summary: The Group HR Director is responsible for leading the delivery of all talent management strategies for Modaxo ANZ across a multi-location environment. The focus of the role will be on employee development, building and enhancing leadership capabilities, enhancing employee engagement through strong development and retention programs, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, workforce planning and forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, managing the HRIS system and processes, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs. Modaxo is highly acquisitive, and the Group HR Director is also responsible for supporting/leading the HR due diligence and integration of acquired businesses.…
