Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. They will lead and manage enterprise software projects from kick-off to go-live (including initiation, scoping, planning and closure with lessons learned) directly into customers. It is imperative that the hands-on role takes full responsibility for the project delivery by managing customer expectations and internal stakeholders, proactively anticipating issues, and managing changes as required. A key activity for this role will be in defining the project success criteria and then setting and continually leading project expectations to all stakeholders.
