About this role
The Role: We are seeking a Corporate IT Lead to own corporate IT operations, security, compliance, systems governance, and employee technology experience. This is a high-autonomy, senior individual contributor role (70% operational / 30% strategic) where you will not manage internal IT staff. Instead, service delivery will be scaled through MSPs, specialist contractors, and SaaS vendors. Responsibilities: IT Operations & Employee Experience: Own the entire employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Offboarding, and hardware provisioning across mixed Windows and macOS fleets). Lead and hold MSPs and external vendors accountable to establish clear performance metrics and service quality across US and UK/European working hours.…
