El Rol: Buscamos un Desarrollador Senior Full Stack para incorporarse al equipo técnico de SIGEIN, firma especializada en consultoría y desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas para la gestión del capital humano (plataforma integral de Recursos Humanos, evaluaciones de desempeño, nómina y desarrollo organizacional). El rol requiere operar en un doble contexto dentro de León, Guanajuato: dar soporte y mantenimiento preciso a los módulos empresariales existentes (.NET Framework / WebForms) y liderar la aceleración hacia un nuevo stack basado en React, ASP.NET Core y Minimal APIs.
