JOB PURPOSE The Director, Solutions Engineering, is responsible for leading the Solutions function in support of new business development, strategic client opportunities, and retained revenue growth. This role provides leadership for pre-sales strategy, solution design, and implementation partnership while developing a high-performing Solutions team that delivers scalable, client-focused transportation solutions. As both a people leader and subject matter expert, the Director, Solutions Engineering, partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Technology, Implementations, and executive leadership to design innovative solutions, improve solution quality, accelerate speed to signature, and drive successful client outcomes.…
