About this role

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Application Test Attend sales calls and meetings to understand customers' needs and provide preliminary equipment recommendation. Perform dispensing application trials using company's existing products, ensuring proposed system meets customer’s requirements. Write test reports highlighting results, settings, final equipment list, and related notes. Customer Support Communicate with customers, international sales groups, R&D and marketing regarding technical and product issues. Support customers in installation, training, and troubleshooting, whether in-person or virtually. Supports worldwide sales groups in all technical areas of all EFD products.…
