Job Description: Project Planning & Coordination Support project planning, including the development of schedules, milestones, and resource plans. Keep project plans, trackers, and dashboards accurate and up to date. Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and site teams. Track progress against planned milestones and flag deviations early. Schedule & Deliverables Management Monitor schedules and follow up with owners on pending deliverables. Track action items through to closure. Escalate potential delays and support recovery plans. Maintain project forecasts and status updates. Cost & Procurement Tracking Track project costs against approved budgets and forecasts.…
