Job Description: Validate alternative coating solutions for PEM stack components and determine optimal coating parameters through coating characterization, component-level evaluation, and cell performance testing. Evaluate coating microstructure, elemental composition, and adhesion characteristics through SEM/EDX, XRD, profilometry, and cross-sectional imaging to support material qualification and process optimization.
