About this role
The Analyst, Information Technology (Testing) ensure the quality and functionality of software products by conducting thorough testing and validation processes before they are released to end-users or clients. Position will be working hybrid based in San Juan, PR. Main Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate closely with developers, business analyst, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements. Validate user stories from the projects assigned within the service level previously agreed upon. Create and Maintain test documentation such as test scripts, test cases, testing results, and defects.
