About this role

Summary of the position: This role demands attentiveness and adherence to process instructions and deadlines. Multitasking skill is the key requirement of this role. As process runs 24*7, rotational shift would be provided or can be changed as per the business requirements Key accountabilities: 24*7 monitoring the health of critical web, data, retailer’s head-office & store servers, and tills. Alert monitoring that comes from customer system automatically, troubleshooting wherever required and escalation via email and phone. Periodic report generation & extraction for customers Troubleshooting issues within the prescribed scope. Executing SQL queries as per customer requirement. Due to 24*7 work environment, the person should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts.…
