Job Description WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: May include, but not limited to: Supervise preparation and service of food/beverage to patrons in a friendly and efficient manner Operate and maintain the Food & Beverage stand in compliance with the Health Code and Event Center policies including Michigan Liquor Law mandated procedures. Ensures all employees properly check I.D., assuring compliance with one beer limit - as directed by the F&B Manager. Ensures that all employees know and use proper food portions, and that all employees know and serve food at proper temperatures. Oversee proper handling of money, tips, and countable items by employees and provide change when needed. Report employee discipline problems to the F&B Manager.…
