Job Summary Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, aligning Red Hat solutions with business objectives across the full sales lifecycle. Drive solution design, adoption, and success through deep collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. The preference is for candidates to be based in Vienna, however, we will also consider those located in other parts of Austria. What You Will Do: Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships to better understand their goals, challenges and desired outcomes and become the trusted advisor to their technical teams.
