KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Underwriting & Credit Monitoring Perform thorough underwriting and cash flow analysis at both the loan and property level, covering original B-Piece acquisitions and performing loans within the CMBS portfolio. Underwrite loans across all major property types nationwide, spanning all 50 U.S. states. Monitor and evaluate credit metrics, loan performance, property operations, maturities, and dispositions, while analyzing portfolio risk and performance trends. Coordinate with Master Servicers to ensure compliance with loan documentation, including adherence to covenants and cash management triggers. Prepare and present detailed portfolio reviews and risk assessments to senior management.…
