KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Senior Accountants, overseeing daily fund accounting operations, workload allocation, and performance management. Oversee fund accounting related to Real Estate, Joint Venture Investments, Loan Portfolios, and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS). Establish and manage the close calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all reporting deliverables. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, capital activity, fee calculations, and carried interest models. Oversee preparation and review of capital call and distribution notices, investor allocation schedules, and related cash movement.…
