About this role

Job Description: The CIP Enrollment Specialist and Subcontractor Insurance Coordinator administers the insurance compliance process for all trade contractors. This role is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and verifying Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and policy endorsements for non-CIP contractors, as well as managing subcontractor onboarding and enrollment in Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP/CCIP). As a key member of the Risk Management team, this specialist ensures that all subcontractors meet contractual insurance requirements prior to mobilization and throughout the project lifecycle.
