About this role

Overview: Join a team responsible for the management, surveillance, and risk administration of a $7.5 billion commercial mortgage loan portfolio. In this role, you'll perform financial analysis, evaluate servicing and compliance matters, collaborate with internal and external partners, and recommend actions that support portfolio performance and departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Loan Portfolio Servicing Monitors assigned commercial loans for performance, covenant compliance, maturities, insurance requirements, servicing activity, and other portfolio risks.
