About this role
The Global Finance Paralegal supports attorneys in all phases of complex financial transactions, including commercial lending, securitizations, and other corporate finance matters. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, preparing and reviewing transaction documents, coordinating closings, and managing post-closing activities. The position requires flexibility to work overtime as needed.
