[What the role is] What the role is: You will be involved in the development and implementation of funding policies, while optimising processes for NAC’s suite of incentives (grants, partnerships and commissions). The role is crucial in maximising the impact and effectiveness of NAC’s funding initiatives to strengthen Singapore’s arts ecosystem. [What you will be working on] What you will be working on: Assist in the review of funding policies (which includes review existing grant schemes and developing new funding schemes where required). Maintain documentation of funding policies and processes. Support the implementation of process improvements.
