Job Description Operational Excellence & Resource Planning Daily Leadership: Lead and direct operational staff in daily warehouse and fulfilment activities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflows. Resource Optimization: Strategically plan labour load, material handling equipment (MHE), storage capacity, and daily tasks to ensure optimal resource availability against fluctuating customer volumes. Inventory & Throughput Management: Oversee end-to-end inventory management, executing robust accuracy, productivity, and loss-prevention programs. Capacity & Scaling: Regularly review operational throughput and warehouse utilization metrics to continuously improve facilities, layouts, and manpower strategies to support future business growth.…
